We started Intertouring Receptivo on March 30, 1997, with the mission of transforming travel dreams into happy experiences. During this journey, we built a brand that is recognized for its dedication to partnerships, passion for our destination Rio de Janeiro, and respect for customers, employees, and partners. Our services are designed based on the non-negotiable criteria of preserving the environment and the history of Rio.
The year 2020 will forever be remembered as the year that challenged us to reinvent what we already did, while maintaining what brought us here: safety, innovation, humanized service and, above all, delivering experiences that provide happiness to our customers.
Intertouring Receptivo is rewriting its history in this “reinvented” world. A big challenge! However, we were the Receptionist for the Official Operator of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, serving more than 16 thousand passengers during the 20 days of the event. So, we understand challenges! We are stronger and more connected, using integration tools so that our clients can access our entire portfolio digitally. Traveling is an experience in search of happiness. And Intertouring Receptivo understands this so deeply that its purpose is “To make people happy”. We are the Receptionist partner that will offer creative and innovative solutions to make the travel experience a joyful and enchanting one.
