It is the responsibility of the platform:

8. Sanctions

Without prejudice to other applicable legal measures, the company may, at any time, warn, suspend or cancel the user’s account:

1. that violates any provision of these Terms;
2. anyone who fails to comply with their user duties;
3. that engages in any fraudulent or malicious conduct or that offends third parties.

9. Termination

Failure to comply with the obligations agreed in these Terms of Use or in applicable legislation may, without prior notice, result in immediate unilateral termination by the company and the blocking of all services provided to the user.

10. Changes

The points described in this instrument may be modified unilaterally and at any time to adapt or modify the services, as well as to meet new legal requirements. The changes will be published on the website and the user may choose to accept the new content or cancel the use of the services, if he/she is a subscriber to any service.

13. From the forum

Brazilian law shall apply fully to resolve disputes arising from this instrument.

Any dispute must be submitted to the court of the district where the company’s headquarters are located.
